STUDIO 360: TOTAL BODY

  • Strength plus Cardio - the winning combination for maximum calorie burn, elevating your heart rate while building strong muscle. In our Total Body 360 class, experience the entire studio while moving around in teams through stations that include box jumps, TRX, sled pushes on the turf and so much more.

  • 50 minutes

  • This class is scalable and suitable for all fitness levels.

Studio Strength

  • Grab your equipment, pick a spot on the studio floor and throw it down. This training class focuses on total body strength utilizing weights, kettlebells, resistance bands, medicine balls and personal agility ladders. It is a full body workout focused on building strength while using functional movements with conditioning exercises added in.

  • 50 minutes

  • This class is scalable and suitable for all fitness levels.

PG BEATDOWN

  • The BEATDOWN is our extreme workout. You might see this class pop up on the schedule and wonder what it is. Well, think conditioning/cardio + strength on steroids. Add extra full body strength exercises to the mix and you have the BEATDOWN.

  • 60 minutes

  • This class is perfect for someone looking for that extra challenge. This class is an HOUR of pure HEART.
